Update
~ Pan Mee is Flat Noodle ~
Yesterday, Mee and I were so excited in doing ‘pan mee’ ourselves. It was kind of hard to make the dough as I have to use all of my strength. Half way through, and we were not sure whether we needed to add more water or more flour on it. But luckily, things worked out fine.
The end result? A nice ‘pan mee’ with vegetable soup, fried onions, fried anchovies, and minced pork created by Mee.

How wonderful it is to have the ability to invest in properties in other countries? My landlord, for example, has properties around UK as well as Spain.
