Mee has cooked curry quite a few times. But this time, it is the Assam Fish. The word ‘assam’ normally means sweet and sour as well as spicy. The Assam Fish Paste itself is very spicy though. However, Mee added some ketchup in order to neutralize the flavor. Of course, the result is never disappointing. As usual, the ingredients are a lot. Mushrooms, capsicums, tomatoes, aubergines, onions and fish. Yummy yummy…
