Today is the last day of June, which marks the beginning of July. And it also marks the beginning of busy weeks ahead for me. As mentioned, there will be a training on the second week of July, a second training plus evening work on the third week of July and tons of tasks and projects to follow up. Busy is good though.

Few weeks ago, I top-up my mobile with a £10 top-up voucher. I was then given free 300 text messages and 150MB internet usage for 90 days. I thought the 150MB internet usage is just a small amount and I could have used it up very soon. However, I log on to my emails, facebook and twitter almost everyday since last week and I have only used up 5MB.

I had my first swimming lesson yesterday. Quite fun though but the instructor was off sick and he was replaced by a temporary instructor. I thought the whole lesson was a bit hurried and not taught properly. Anyway, that was only the first lesson and I am sure that I will be better than I was before.

Today, we had a walked in town and as usual, we went to Aquadrome in the evening. The weather was hot. We have no class today and we just did our normal Sunday routine, cardio vascular training. Each week, we find that our stamina has improved slightly. Recently, we have also joined the spinning class where we pace according to the music and instructions from our instructor. And now, we always need our Mp3 players to help us in our individual cardio vascular training. Funnily, the faster the song we listen to, the faster we are able to run or cycle.

This is the Phd Synergy ISO-7 which was recommended by my instructor. It came with a free shaker but the quality of the shaker is not as good as my Maximuscle shaker, which I got when I purchased Maximuscle products about two years ago. Well, this Phd Synergy ISO-7 provides whey protein and other nutritious ingredients as well as acts as a fat burner to help the users in their training. My instructor also mentioned that he was able to lift more weight by using it. So far, I have not been able to experience that. I am only hoping on gaining weight by using it and exercise regularly so that my weight is distributed evenly. By the way, I bought the chocolate orange flavour and it tastes like Kit Kat with orange flavour.

Finally, Sony Ericsson C903 arrived at around 1500. The phone was packed in a small box and the phone looks great. I was more exited than Mee though because I like new things especially gadgets. But who does not like new things?

Recently, whenever I log on to my VirginMedia account, there is a message requesting me to contact their customer services regarding my VirginMedia account. I called just now and I was told that in a few months time, my broadband speed will be upgraded from 2MB to 10MB for free. Nice one! But how many months are few months? Previously, I was told the latest will be in October time, but who knows? Anyway, 2MB is fast enough at the moment and I do not expect a drastic improvement when my account is upgraded to 10MB.

Next month, I will be tied up with my work. I will have to work in two evenings during the enrolment periods and on the 7th of July, I will be going to London for a training course to upgrade my knowledge on UK education funding.

I have not been reporting the weather in the last few posts. Well, overall, it has been hot for the last two days or so. It was cloudy this morning though but now, it is bright and sunny. Weird weather as always.

The body attack class Mee and I attended yesterday was very tiring. The instructor claimed that it was her new release and indeed, it was exciting and at the same time tiring than previous weeks.

By the way, I have made little changes to the outlook of All My Reviews. It should run a bit faster and cleaner now. As mentioned before, I am not intending to change the outlook of All My Reviews at this moment.

As said, I called Three customer services when I got home yesterday. The same old excuses were given to me but fortunately, Mee got a text message this morning saying that the delivery will be today. I called again a few hours ago to obtain the consignment number and upon checking the parcel delivery tracking website, the phone was out for delivery as early as 0751. I have not received any notification from Mee and the parcel delivery tracking website has not been updated. I would assume that it has not reached Mee yet.

Mee’s Sony Ericsson C903 was supposed to arrive yesterday. I called to the Three customer services once yesterday and I was assured that it will arrive today. However, Mee received a sms message saying that the delivery will be delayed until tomorrow. Hence, I called the Three customer services again and I was then assured that it will be delivered by today but there was no consignment number to check on the delivery status. She told me to call to the parcel delivery company to check on the item but without the consignment number, the parcel delivery company could do nothing. I then called back Three customer services again and this time round, the guy told me that there is no way he can check the delivery status without a consignment item. They all talk but nothing was done. I intend to call again when I got home or maybe sooner.

Upon checking my USB thumb-drive yesterday, I found out that there are two articles which I have not published in All My Reviews. Hmm.. I shall publish one today and another one two days later. I wonder how long they have been sitting in my thumb-drive.

One thing that you might have noticed on both My Ideas 4 You and All My Reviews is the post links. I have successfully implemented the prettyURLs where each individual post’s URL will look better than the old one which is long and contains symbols. There still some minor glitches though but those are on the administrator side of things and should not cause too much problems when viewing the posts.
