Today, we had a walked in town and as usual, we went to Aquadrome in the evening. The weather was hot. We have no class today and we just did our normal Sunday routine, cardio vascular training. Each week, we find that our stamina has improved slightly. Recently, we have also joined the spinning class where we pace according to the music and instructions from our instructor. And now, we always need our Mp3 players to help us in our individual cardio vascular training. Funnily, the faster the song we listen to, the faster we are able to run or cycle.

    Yeah, the music can really help our pace! But still, it would be more efficient to do workout with friends rather than alone.
