I am not sure whether I had mentioned this before. I have got rid of the engine light problem of our car and now, I have to book our car in for wheel alignment, cambelt change and a full service. I am not planning on doing them altogether but that leave me deciding which one to go first. I think that I will get the wheel alignment done first since it is a relatively quick job. Cambelt change costs a lot and I believe that I should schedule it after I bought my car insurance policy. Full service should be the last since our car had a service just three months ago.

I have used most of the auto insurance quotes comparison websites but it seems that they do not have very good deals to choose. My first insurance policy was with Llyods. The deal was to have 12 months insurance policy for the price of 11 months. The best deal I can get now is from Churchil and it offers free breakdown cover too. Well, the price I was quoted by Churchil was not even listed on major price comparison websites.

In addition, I thought I would try out confused.com since it advertises a lot with people saying how easy it is to use. To my disappointment, the website is slow and it really is confusing.

Mee and I are very excited now. Yesterday, we went to town to check out the offers that Virgin Mobile and 3 Mobile have at the moment. We were attracted by the £8.50 per month contract offered by Virgin plus a free LG touch screen mobile phone compared to what we are paying on 3 Mobile which is £12 per month. We are disappointed with the phones offered by 3 Mobile if we were to continue with our contract of £12. Hence, our final decision was to switch to Virgin Mobile.

We went in to a 3 Store in Festival Place and we were told that we need to inform the helpline 30 days in advance if we are not continuing the contract. Immediately, we called the helpline and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get through to the customer advisor. We told her about our concern and the current Virgin Mobile offer. She hesitated for a while and proceeded to tell us that she has a fantastic offer that will make sure that we stay with 3 Mobile.

Yeah, right. We have looked through the mobile phones offered for £12 per month contract and the latest £9 per month contract is only available to new customers. Thus, there was really no way that she could match Virgin Mobile’s £8.50 per month contract.

Amazingly, she surprised us by offering £9 per month contract with free Sony Ericsson C903 which will arrive on Tuesday. Blimey! Sony Ericsson C903 is a new phone and it is still listed as ‘coming soon’ in GSMArena. I am glad that Mee will have her new phone very soon and I will be able to write a review on it. By the way, 3 Mobile customer services are great even though it took ages to be able to speak to someone.

Finally, I ordered the PhD Synergy ISO-7, recommended by my instructor. I think it will be a good product because my instructor and his mates have used it himself for weigh gaining. I just hope that it will arrive next Monday or Tuesday because I have finished my Maximuscle Progain.

Friday. I have just made a post regarding the latest PSP Go. Thinking back, I bought my PSP-1000 at the beginning of 2007. PSP-1000 was introduced in 2005 and at the end of 2007, PSP-2000 was introduced. One year on, PSP-3000 was announced and just 10 months after that, PSP Go was revealed. Well, PSP Go is different from the previous Playstation Portable models but I still love my PSP-1000.

Hmm… I am still busy with my work at the moment and just this morning; my manager gave me some overview of some other upcoming projects which will keep me busier for some time. But right at this moment, I will have to sort of some of the issues that I have been working on.

On the other hand, I am trying to post daily on this blog and once in two days on All My Reviews. I was not able to post normally at the beginning of this week because All My Reviews was down intermittently. At the same time, I will be working on cleaning up All My Reviews; like what I did with this blog previously. However, I will not be changing the design just yet.

I am at work at the moment. I took half day off this morning just to get our car done. Mee and I reached the workshop at around 0800. We were told to come back in a couple of hours but we thought of waiting at the workshop since it will only take half an hour to change the part. The mechanic then told us that the shop that sells the part will only open at 0830 and the part will reach them at 0930. We still chose to wait. At 0900, we were again, told that the part will not arrive until 1200. Mee was totally frustrated but what can we do? I had already asked him if he could fix it on that day and he told me that the part was there already.

As promised, the mechanic was able to work on our car when we arrived at around 1200. In about 30 minutes time, the engine light was not illuminating anymore and hope it stays that way. I wonder if I should go back to that workshop again as I need to change our car’s cambelt soon. Maybe I will get a few quotes first before making a decision.

It is windy today. It was reported that it will be warm when approaching weekend. Unknowingly, I have only written and posted about our first day in Italy. The second day is still in progress, as I need to look at the photos to give me better ideas. I really need to buckle up or risk losing the memory of our Italy’s trip even though it was a memorable trip.

Very soon, I will be able to introduce the Pretty URL plug-in as I have almost finished changing the codes of all the posts in this blog. In addition to this, I will enable the category listing of this blog as soon as the Pretty URL plug-in is enabled. Sounds technical? Hmm… this post kind of serves as a reminder for me to get things going.

Undoubtedly, the recent swine flu pandemic has caused many people to postpone any idea of travelling. But on the other hand, one of my colleagues is going to Florida this weekend for honeymoon. I think that he has already booked this trip before the swine flu breakout. So, it is really a tough decision because obviously, he has to think about the amount of money spent on air ticket and the amount of time spent on arranging the activities as well as the word, honeymoon. Anyway, we all hope that he and his wife will have a great time.
