Fat
Once again, I ordered my diet supplement last Saturday and it has arrived today. This is my third order and I am still ordering from the same online retailer. The price is competitive and it only takes two days to arrive. And just now, I read the Sun newspaper and it reported that Daniel Craig, the 007 actor, has only 7% of fat. Gosh, does it mean that all he got in his body is only lean muscle? The ideal fat percentage that I know is about 8% – 20% for males. Anyway, I still hope to achieve around 10% of fat and I am not going to burn fat yet. Still, I hope that my fat will get distributed around my body.
