Junk mails
Few weeks ago, I went to HSBC branch to sort out some queries about my bank accounts with them. At the end of the process, I was asked a few questions about mortgage, loan and insurance. The advisor then said that it was to make sure that irrelevant junk mail will not be mailed to me. However, just days ago, I received a mail on term life insurance online quote and then another letter about a fantastic personal loan rate. I wonder why they asked a bunch of questions and at the end of it, I am still in their junk mailing list.
