I have just finished watching Britain’s Really Disgusting Food: Fish. Previously, I have watched the other series of Britain’s Really Disgusting Food which was about Dairy. It is really a good effort that the presenter tries to tell the consumers about the hidden ingredients in our food and how we can make the most of it. Sadly, I do not really think that it is going to be the talk of the town. Anyway, talking about fish, I used to love eating fish fingers but it turns out that most fish fingers are made out of fish belly fat as well as other worthless fish parts. After watching the show, I am a bit more cautious now and I will almost certainly read the labels of most of the food that I will be purchasing.
