Well, my previous post was actually written at around 1am this morning. Hence, I was referring to 21st May as hot. Nevertheless, today is even hotter. I still went to the gym but I did not attend the spinning class. Sometimes, I just do not like to go to the spinning class because of the bikes. I do not think that the handles of the bike are up to industrial handles standard. There are only a few good ones available. In fact, the design of the bikes looks Stone Age and even after servicing; they are still clunky to ride. It has been promised that after the renovation, there will be 20 new bikes.

The ventilation in the gym was not great and I could feel the heat inside the gym. To counter that, I drank a lot of water. By the way, I am using the new supplement now. It tastes different as I am quite used to PhD products already. I used to think that Maximuscle products taste better but now, I think PhD products taste better. Who knows, maybe after getting used to Maximuscle products, I might say Maximuscle products taste better.

Today was scorching hot. In the office, we switched on the air-conditioning. Unfortunately for me, I had to park my car to the other side of the college. Most of the spaces were taken by the construction workers’ vans and trucks as they were doing some renovation work. It is not really a long way to my office but the weather was that hot that I wished I could be in the office as soon as I got off from my car.

While I was walking towards my car after work, I saw a piece of paper tucked on one of the windscreen wipers. Well, I thought that must be one of the pizza leaflets because there are a few pizza outlets around the area. However, it was indeed a leaflet but it was a list of funeral cost packages. It did not really surprise me as there is one funeral service right next to the college. I am just not too sure that this kind of advertising suits them.

Just last week, I was quite active logging in Facebook, posting walls and making comments. This week however, I am only checking some status every morning and that is it. It is just one of those days where I have a sudden urge to do something and after a while, I just stop completely. I am not sure why but certainly, regular facebook-ers sure have lots of things to post. Well, I just cannot post just about anything. Besides, Windows Mobile facebook application is just simple and not too great to use.

Guess what, my email inbox is now swarming with auto insurance deals especially price comparison websites which I had visited last year. I just hope that this year, I could get an auto insurance deal with breakdown cover just like the deal that I got last year. I do not need to have 24 hour towing but a simple cover would be more than enough. If there is no insurance deal that comes with breakdown cover, I will be in a dilemma. Touchwood to begin with, I do not really feel the need to have breakdown cover but having it is just giving me a piece of mind. Back in Malaysia, I never had a breakdown cover. I think majority of the drivers in Malaysia do not buy breakdown cover. It is easy enough to call your mechanic in case your car is having some sort of crisis. Well, that may be different in UK because if you call your mechanic after office hours, you might end up with huge bills or your mechanic may even decide not to answer your call at all.

Mee and I have been using a wireless Linksys router for years already. It is still working perfectly, signal has always been good but one thing that I still could not understand is that the internet connection will be lost whenever the power is off. It does not reset itself or try to get new IP address from the internet service provider. I have tried asking in the forum and people who use Linksys routers did not seem to have that problem. I have updated the firmware and checked through all the settings. However, the firmware does not seem to solve the problem and the settings have not mentioned anything about automatically detect internet connection. I guess I will just have to do it manually each time the power is turned off then.

A while ago, I did a review about electronic cigarette. I may not be in the position to say that it is a good product because I am no smoker myself. However, electronic cigarette advertisement can be seen almost anywhere in the internet nowadays. I guess that it has gained it popularity and it is really helping people to quit smoking. Normally, when we see a product being advertised over and over again, we would think that the business must be very bad. But the truth is most products will be advertised because they are doing very well. To be honest, I have never tried a cigarettte before. Well, it never even comes close to my lip. Why smoke as it is not essential at all?

Hmm… I have just ordered another batch of supplements. 5% discount plus some loyalty points which I collected from my previous orders proved to be a good buy. Besides, the prices are reasonable, if not the cheapest of all and any order of up to £50 and above will have the items delivered next day. And a free magazine which I told Mee that the free magazine is packed with more good articles than paid magazine.

These days, Mee has been using the kitchen scales quite frequently. Well, that’s because she is busy experimenting cakes. For her own birthday, she made a chocolate mousse cake while I requested a cheese cake for my birthday. I did offer to buy her a cake on her birthday but she rejected it. As usual, I am busy at work and I try to relax as much as possible when I am at home. Soon enough, I will post the yummy pictures. In fact, I might ask Mee to select a few photos for me to upload. Hmm… thinking back I still have quite a lot of photos that Mee has previously selected for uploading in this blog. I shall try to do it as soon as possible.
