My time has really gone crazy nowadays. My sleep time nowadays is about 0230. Honestly, I can really go a day without sleep but I can’t because I need to work the next day. And I do think that I really need to increase my hours of sleep. How that can be changed remain to be seen. I still have that kind of idea where sleeping is a bit waste of time but then again, when I sleep, I tend not to wake up until absolutely necessary. Maybe I like both; sleeping and staying awake. Unfortunately, there’s only 24 hours a day. Some people might say that you get a lot of sleep when you are dead. It’s true especially you don’t know what’s going to happen the very next day of your life. Having said all that, I can actually choose to sleep early and wake up very early too. The ‘wake’ part is the difficult bit for me, and for most people.
I actually overslept today. I could still make it to the office in time but the different was noticeable between a rushed day and a normal day. I once read an article where it said that if you wake up immediately after your alarm sounded, instead of lazing in bed, you could actually feel fresher than most days. I honestly tried that and it did make a huge difference. But I just couldn’t do it on a daily basis. The bed is too attractive. I will try it tomorrow again and see if I can make it.
