I just found out one type of battery called ls14250 battery. Apparently, it’s a type of lithium battery and can have a shelf life of up to 10 years. I think the charge must be pretty long lasting compared to the normal batteries. I have a set of 4AA size Uniross NiMH batteries which I haven’t touched a while. The reason is quite simple. Uniross claims that its rechargeable batteries can be charged up to 1000 times. However, all 4 batteries don’t seem to hold their charges very well. As a result, I have to charge them every now and then. By the way, they were for my wireless mouse previously. In the end, it’s a decision to either dump the batteries or dump the wireless mouse. Well, I dumped both and bought a wired mouse instead. I wonder if these ls14250 batteries could last longer.
